The bottle of beer, even taken out of the fridge, without waitress or service for 4 € is simply a cheek.

Very tasty ice cream! 1.20 € per scoop, but it's as big as 2 at some other ice cream parlors.

1.20 € per scoop of ice cream, which is properly stretched with water. I get the same thing cheaper in every Aldi or Lidl. That the customers let themselves be ripped off, unbelievable.

Really very strange the bad reviews, we got and ate delicious ice cream there from very polite staff, the price is adjusted to the prices in Hitzacker, because they are high everywhere. Then why should the ice cream man hold back?

We were there on a beautiful late summer day. The ice wasn't cooled properly and started flowing immediately. I had a scoop of Malaga ice cream. The ice cream contained normal raisins instead of rum soaked raisins. I have never experienced something like that. Shows for me that the owner has absolutely no idea. My wife had a larger dead insect in her ice cream. For me, that means that ice-making is not done properly there. The cafe garden behind the house looked a bit neglected and unclean. The tables weren't wiped. Was better there before.

Just terrible ice cream and unfriendly ..., the garden and the tables are very bad ... for that outrageous prices ... the owner must have changed ... thank you not again

Unfriendly, outside ambience just neglected and the sundae just artificial and the worst ice cream we've eaten so far. No recommendation and the money just thrown out.

I do not understand other reviewers complaints...seems suspicious. This was the best gelato we had on the Elberadeweg! The personnel were friendly and efficient with a long line of customers. The bathrooms were accessible and clean. The back garden had wasps (like everywhere this time of year), but the staff was careful to keep the rubbish bin empty so as to discourage them. A great place to stop on your bike ride!

Unfortunately not to be recommended. The service is very unfriendly, the ice cream not cooled properly, it flows away immediately and the ice cream cone was broken. We really had no joy, our visit only produced tears in the children.

The service was really bad, the waitress didn't utter a friendly word. The sundaes were very small and clearly overpriced, the outside area behind the house was designed very carelessly and the tables were dirty. I can only advise against a visit!

Unsuitable for allergy sufferers. No information is given on the ingredients. The waitress seemed extremely annoyed when asked. Never again!!!
